Default Seem like a decent trainer?

Alpha K9 - Welcome! - Roanoke, VA

Looking for a dog trainer for my 7mo pup. Claims to be a behaviorist.

A few other trainers in my area:

Positive Pet Dog Training and Agility - Field of Dreams K9, Roanoke, VA

High Hopes Dog Training :: Dog, Puppy, Behavior, Pet Obedience, canine, Virginia, Roanoke, Roakoke VA, Vinton, Bonsack, Riverdale, Cave Spring, Sunset Village, Salem, Hanging Rock, Hollins, Cloverdale, Laymantown, Webster, Blue Ridge, Stewartsville,

Any pointers on what to look for or if these are any good would be appreciated.

I'd personally pass on the first one:

I like the second one, there are a variety of classes, including agility, and they do levels classes where the dog stays at each level until they master the requisite skills to move onto the next level. The third one looks okay too.

i couldn't tell you what to look for, but i know that you shouldn't base it off a website. some people have misleading websites, outdated websites, bad photos etc.

i would look on yelp, through word of mouth-or find some online and actually go and visit them. a lot of trainers will do free consultations so that they can tell you themselves and show you and there's no pressure.

Thanks for the advice! The behaviorist seemed a bit sketchy.
