Raw bone at bedtime and kibble?

I've read a ton on raw and done days worth of research. Atticus is currently on kibble for a few different reasons. I've seen conflicting ideas on mixing kibble and raw so I want to know your experience? I'd love to help him love his crate more if I could give him a fun bone to chew on at bed time. Is that advisable? What would be the best rmb to start out with? How would I go about introducing it to him? My goal for a few months down the road is to get him completely on raw. I just don't have the time at this moment to sit down and plan all his meals just yet.
Also, what would be an acceptable meat to use in small amounts as a high value training reward? He has had no interest in any treat I've tried so I want to see if raw would work.

I give chew bones but only if I am there supervising. I would not give a bone or a meal unsupervised. You can feed his meals(kibble or raw)in a crate and sneak treats. you can stuff kongs with treats and freeze them and place in the crate (peanut butter, yogurt, honey, pumpkin ect) . I am going to PM you.
