Question Puppy food???

Hey everyone I'm new to this site. I will be getting a GSD puppy this summer, in June and I've been doing a lot of research. He is going to be a long haired german shepherd. As far as food goes, I'm stuck on which is a good brand with the nutrients he will need. I've seen good reviews on Blue Buffalo as well as Nutro natural choice. Has anyone tried either of these brands? Also any advice on a first time puppy owner? I've dealt with puppies before, they were my parents bernese mountain dogs, so not sure how different GSD puppies are.

I've used the Blue Buffalo LBP (not Wilderness) with my pup and he did fine on it. Currently I'm using Fromm LBP and am happy with it. You have to be careful not to overfeed the Blue Buffalo. It has a lot of calories per cup, up to 100 calories more per cup than some other puppy foods so you need to feed less or might give your pup loose stools.

I also used Blue Buffalo LBP and I had good results.

I have tried Wellness, Taste of the Wild and Solid Gold Wolf Cub as well all with good results.

My puppy loves her Blue Wilderness Large Breed Puppy. She has solid poops and a shiny coat. She was on Pedigree puppy chow when I got her, so BBW LBP is way better. I haven't tried anything else, so I can't compare it to other brands.

I feed Royal Canin specialized food to my GSD. You can check the product specifications here: Royal Canin German Shepherd Junior 30 - A Complete food for Your Pup. Heard of Blue Buffalo but never tried that.
