Question puppy not eating dog food

My 12 week old puppy has been sick for the past week. she has been to the vet and they told me she had some type of worms. she has lot a massive amount of wight due to this and the vet gave a three supply of a dewormer. then told me to put her on a boiled chicken and rice diet. she loves the chicken and rice eats it all down. the vet said just feed it to her for 3 days. now that the three days have past she wont eat her dog food. she was on blue puppy before she got sick. so since she would not eat the try i went for blue wet food i tryed every flavor out and she wants nothing to do with it. dose anyone have any ideas of what i should do.

Get a different brand. My vet has seen many GI problems with BB.
