3 momth old puppy eats his food all up one day than the next day picky helpp
 

I have a almost 3 1/2 month old German shepherd he eats Innova large breed puppy food he is 30 pounds one day he will eat all his food in one sitting than the next day he will eat a little and leave it go back and fourth ..has anyone else gone threw this is it somthing he will grow out of .. he was just at the vet yesterday and she said he looked great and was healthy

my puppy does the same thing. he is 9 weeks old and usually eats his dinner in one sitting and his breakfast he eats in 2 or sometimes 3 sittings. he is healthy and normal in every way. i wouldnt worry about it. but then again im no expert, so listen to the others that chime in.

My dog is 3.5 and she has done that all her life. She is free-fed and seems to know just how much to eat on any given day. It varies and her weight has always been perfect for her height/build.
