Default Books on Canine Nutrition?

Any suggestions for books dedicated to canine nutrition? I had one a few years ago that I can't remember the title of... and I don't know where it went.

I'm interested in one that focuses on general nutrition and special considerations for working dogs -- especially since a GSD would be my first "official" working dog. I've seen a few on Amazon, but they don't appear to be written by professional nutritionists or veterinarians, so I'm a little afraid to trust them as reputable sources. :-/

Btw... I haven't decided on whether to go with raw or commercial foods yet, so books about either one are fine. Right now, I'm feeding my senior Cocker a commercial diet.

Hilary Watson (http://www.completeandbalanced.com/) is a pet nutritionist, but she does promote all her "food" products very heavily in her books / recipes.

He's who I read up on raw food ... many many moons ago ...

Amazon Amazon

Carmspack might have something written up (she's a member on here)

Laurie and the gang has stuff on her website (she's also a member on here)

I just wanted to pop back in to thank everyone for your input. I ended up buying two books --
Unlocking the Canine Ancestral Diet Unlocking the Canine Ancestral Diet
and
Raw and Natural Nutrition for Dogs Raw and Natural Nutrition for Dogs
.

Oh and by the way... That book I lost and couldn't remember the title of? It was called... (drumroll)...
Canine Nutrition by Lowell Ackerman Canine Nutrition by Lowell Ackerman
. Too bad the cheapest copy on Amazon is $75. I know I didn't pay that much when I bought it off of Amazon years ago.
