Enough food?
 

Hey my dog is almost 9 weeks old. I have been feeding him one cup of food in the morning at about 7 and one at 5 at night. He seems to be hungry all day and he kind of freaks out when I get the food and won't calm down. Any suggestions

I would start feeding him three times a day until he is 6 months, you don't want him puking up stomach bile :)

i fed my 9 week old pup 3x's a day (am, noonish and pm).
he also had a snack throughout the day. i took the water
bowl away at 7:00 pm.

I agree he's a very youg puppy. What I did to calm down mine was she had to look at me in the eyes and be calm before I put the food down. It calmed her down with in a couple of weeks.

Still do it. I think it also helps with food aggression. Maya never snapped at me or other dogs while eating.

Yea ruger never snaps or anything at me if I were to take the food bowl away
