Default what else is good to mix with food in kongs aside from pumpkin?

Mixing plain canned pumpkin in with the kibble in the Kong has been great. It takes her a while to be able to get the Kong empty.

What other gloppy thing is good to mix with the kibble in the Kong? I have used peanut butter before, but I can't find any PLAIN peanut butter with no added salt or sugar, so I want to keep that to a minimum.

Is canned sweet potato a good choice?

I don't add all that much of the pumpkin to the kibble. It has taken me a full week to use up a 15 ounce can of pumpkin the way I use it. It just takes a little to mix with the kibble to make it more work to get out of the Kong.

I have frozen cream cheese or ground beef in the kong. I would use peanut butter, but my dog hates peanut butter.

I also use peanut butter and freeze them. Keeps Nala occupied for a long time.

Fat free & unsweetened yogurt, bananas or strawberries that I squish up, cottage cheese, canned dog food- I usually freeze the Kong so it takes even longer.

I had a hard time finding plain peanut butter as well, but Smuckers makes peanut butter that comes in a glass jar and the only ingredients are 'peanuts and 1% or less of salt'. In some grocery stores it is with the other peanut butter, in others is with the 'organic' or health foods. You have to refrigerate it because there are no preservatives and you have to mix it up because there are no emulsifiers.
