Default Switching over breeder food

Alright, still in the battle of deciding between raw or orijen kibble :\ I favor raw and my dad understands that it's good for dogs but he doesn't really grasp the concept of feeding 2% of the adult weight to the puppy -.- (He wonders how a 10lb puppy will be able to eat 2 lb/day)
If we do decide on kibble, my dad agrees with me to feed orijen LBP. My only problem is how am I going to switch over iams to orijen because I noticed that better quality kibbles require less amounts than a lower quality. Do I mix in 75% iams to 25% orijen by following iams guideline or orijens guideline.

A 10lb puppy shouldn't eat 2lbs a day. That is 20%, not 2%?

How much do I feed my puppy?
BARF World recommends feeding puppies up to 10 % of their body weight. Therefore, if your pup weighs 10 lbs you should feed 1 lb of food divided between 3 or 4 feedings per day. Growing puppies, especially the large breeds, should be kept lean so adjustments to feeding amounts will have to be monitored closely.

I mean 2% of it's adult weight. My breeder predicts that my pup will grow to be 80-88 lbs so 2% is 1.6-1.9lbs

I've never heard of feeding a dog based on its adult weight? That is a new concept to me, I don't think a little puppy should/can eat 2lbs of raw a day without becoming a fat little thing.

Edit: Googling it shows that a lot of people do this I suppose, I just never thought of feeding my shepherd 3 cups of dry food when she only weighed 6lbs, and she has stayed lean and has been growing at a nice, slow rate.
