Default My puppy is underweight

I adopted my puppy a week ago. She was found wondering alone in the counrty. I've been feeding her both wet and dry food three times a day with a little olive oil (she has dry skin) and apple sider vinagar (she seems to be having troble pooping hopeing the vinagar would help clean out her system). She hasn't really put on any weight since I got her. I love some segetions of what to feed her or what a good dog food would be (doing bule buffalo right now). Thanks

take your pup to the Vet for a check up and shots.
you've only had your pup for a week so don't expect
much of a weight gain. tell the Vet about her having
problems pooping. when you go to the Vet take a stool
and urnie sample with you.

I agree with the vet visit and not sure I'd continue with the vinegar...

Once she's cleared with the vet you need to get her on a good dog food. Not usually the ones at the grocery store. The more expensive kibbles like at pet stores/feed stores are better quality, higher calories, more nutritious and (this is the best part) you feed them LESS than the cheaper brands so it's not as $$$$ as the price seems if you just look at the cost of the bag.

Cheaper foods are full of fillers that go right thru our dogs. I had took care of a neighbors dog that they gave crap kibble to and the dog had to eat EIGHT cups of food a day and was still thin. On my kibble (go figure we went thru a bag of food fast ) he only had to eat around 4 cups of kibble to keep the same weight.

Any pictures to share yet??

In the pictures you posted of her, her weight looks just right for her build. She definitely doesn't look underweight.
