He sounds hungry, and probably has worms -- typical in young dogs. Your vet is where you need to be this Monday at the latest, unless he becomes listless or has other symptoms, then ER.

What are you feeding, how much, and how many times a day?

he eats cooked chicken and white rice with a little bit of acidophilus yogurt...
he eats an averege of 3 times a day and ii also give him VMP tablets (vitamin, minerals,protein)....

his belly seems a little big like bloated but it doesnt hurt him...

is there any chance that he swallowed something wrong cuz he seems to have some gag reactions sometimes...

can someone tell me can i spot worms in his stool so i can know ffor sure... and yes he is going to the vet asap at any case i was just asking so i could try to make it a little better since i cant go right away...

I think that it would be helpful to start a thread down in the nutrition section about what you are feeding your dog.

I have found that my dogs had a lot of trouble not losing weight on chicken and rice -- we had a colitis issue and that is a bland food diet. There does not seem to be enough nutrients in it. But you may be covering that with the vitamins and supplements, so please list all of it and the amounts in your thread. There are people here that go with homemade diets and raw diets.

The bloated stomach is most likely worms, and they will cause both loose stool and weight loss. Take a stool sample with you when you go to the vet. Most worms shed eggs that can be found in the stool. Some are harder to spot. Finding actual worms in the stool usually does not happen until you have wormed the pup and they start dying.

Good luck. Any reason you are not going with dog food or puppy food?
