Default Raw diet??

I want to start feeding my 7 month old GSD Raw food. I dont want it to be constant like instead of his food but i guess as a vitamin or treat type thing. How am i suppose to feed him? What raw meat is the best? How many times a month? how much? Can the meat be frozen or just refrigerated? Any thing i should know about the raw diet?? Will it make him more angry? calm? grow? will his coat change? . . I want to know everything possible about the raw diet.

*I've been feeding raw for over 10 years, it never made my dogs angry.

*Calm? Maybe.

*Grow? My dogs grew a steady phase on raw

*Coat Change? Yes, for the better. I don't have a problem with fur everywhere, their fur were shiny and super soft.

*Teeth- this is something that I truly I appreciated when feeding raw. Their teeth were white white white. At 9 yrs old, Zeus' teeth were like of a 2 yr old dog.

*Poop- they pooped once a day, very little and turns to powder.
