Default poop question

my pup is at 9 weeks and ive been watching his stool lately i noticed the first 2 runs are solid and after dinner his third is soft serve is he eating too much?

im feeding him Blue Buffalo large breed puppy 3 times a day 9am 1pm and 6pm

I wouldn't worry about what you are seeing. As long as he's mostly having solid poo, that's the important thing. My dogs have hard and soft and it's NORMAL for them. Runny, watery and accidents all over the house is bad bad bad.


The only way to tell if you are over feeding is by a photo of your puppy from the side and from above............though truthfully, it's hard to tell with a puppy cause they are supposed to be round with short legs . If you are going with what your breeder recommends and somewhere close to the bag's recommendation, you are probably just fine.

Puppies tend to eat alot

so it is normal i was getting scared someone was feeding him something on the side when im not around, heres the best i could do hes been really difficult today
