3 meals and still hasnt done his business

he last dropped stool at around 6 am then around 8 am his meals are now 3/4 instead of the full cup i feed him at 9 am 1pm and his last meal is at 6pm could the portion be a reason? im still trying to figure out how much to feed him

Thats what I would feed my 8 week old puppies,,don't worry he'll go when he's gotta go

The higher the food quality and less fiber/fillers in it, the less stools you are going to see.
