Feeding Issues

We've had Kira for 2.5 weeks (she's almost 11 weeks). The first week she ate her food fine. She wouldn't scarf it down in one sitting but would eat a little bit, wait a couple minutes and eat the rest. For the last few days now she'll sniff at her food dish when we put it down and then either lay down in front of it or ignore it. When we use her same kibble in training, however, she'll gobble it up, so it's not like she doesn't like it. She'll take it from us no problem but she won't eat from her bowl, she'll be starving and still not eat from her bowl.

She has thrown up a couple of times and had a couple of loose stools, not diarhea, just loose, but the vet says she's in great health, just a little on the skinny side.

We're feeding Royal Canine German Shepherd Puppy 30, that's what the breeder was feeding.

I'm worried about her but not sure what to do.
