The german shepherd dog club of canada has created a new user friendly website GSDCC - Home . There is alot of information on the website for the german shepherd enthusist.

if you go to the club magazine there is an article called 'there an back again' about one of the two gsds left abandoned here in ontario in 2010,

By the way - do you know if the website is going to have trial results for other things besides show? Say like SchH, agility, herding, etc.?

I think that would be very interesting! Probably hard to accomplish but would be totally benefical when doing research!

I dont see why not, i think somebody or some organization should contact sherry the website designer and the club itself to get a section on schutzhund and agility on the website. For example what is schutzhund , what are the tests and titles where do you go contact info and results. I think it would be something that would be a great benefit to all gsd lovers

I will try to get the information together tonight and send off an email (just have to finish reading and doing my assignment for this week).

I would love a herding section. I know of a few places around here but would love to see how many GSD's are participating in my area.

Its hard to find a place that does herding, we've gone to barrie , niagara and i think theres a place around simcoe. A listing of training facilities and clubs would be a great idea

There is a lady named Renee? out this way that I am hoping to go to this spring/summer to get Stark his herding eval. done. My breeder has taken a few of her females and Stark's sire to her and has high praise for her.
