Going to my first Sch event in years!!

Local club ( Dutch East Schutzhund) is holding their Schutzhund Trial starting today through Sunday here in Virginia Beach, and I finally got in contact and being as my Bday is Saturday, I will not be going out there, but got the OK to go Sunday!!!

Don't know if that actually goes here... but I am excited! Will give me a chance to talk to the club owners about Cullen possibly being involved in the sport!!!

I share in your excitement!

We're going to our first Schutzhund event the 2nd weekend in April and I can't wait! I am hoping to make connections that will lead to my being able to get my dog tested and have some exposure to the sport too.

The closest I've been to a Schutzhund event is watching video clips here. It would be great to attend one. Not sure if that's the path I want Bear to take, but may look into it eventually. Oh, and Happy Birthday!

Thanks!!! LOL I am excited, but won't be able to make it Sunday if the weather doesn't get better, but she invited me to come out any weekend and watch the training!!! She said it would give me a chance to really see HOW they train personally, and then we could discuss having Cullen tested when I am ready, fees, ect. They seem really nice!
