Dogapalooza in Washington State (anyone?)

Thought I'd share this -

(event is this Saturday, the 19th)

Second annual dog even taking place in Cowlitz county in Washington state. It was apparently a HUGE hit last year and sounds like a lot of fun!

There will be police and sled dog demonstrations, pet psychics, a mutt mall, a bunch of silly contests, including a costume contest, an ice cream eating contest, and a walk your dog with a toilet paper leash contest. There is also lure racing and agility training going on, and at the end of the day there's a wiener dog race.

and admission is free, for anyone in the area who's interested.

I'm taking Trent (2 hour drive for us, including traffic, since there's road construction) but I'm looking forward to it!
