That lightening was waaaaayyy cool. We had some thunder that shook the whole house, and Max just barked his fool head off. What weird weather!

I'm from the midwest and miss this kind of weather. Love it! My DH and I got quite the show driving home from Jackson Rancheria. (celebrated our anniversary)

Later when we got home, we had some thunder so loud it shock the house and sent the cats under the bed! Once I swore somebody fired off a cannon in our yard! Glad I didn't have to worry about a scared puppy!

Happy belated anniversary!

How funny, I live right off Jackson hwy, in Rancho Murieta. I'm wondering if we will get more of the same tonight. I thought I heard thunder a bit ago.

ETA: lightening sparked two small fires that were quickly put out, but a cow was hit and killed

Thanks! 32 years . . . I let him live . . .

I was looking for grass fires on the way home (Twin Cities Rd). Oh boy! I hope we have some more "weather" tonight!!

I heard about the cow. And some lady got hit by lightning, guess she was holding an umbrella.

Oops, no umbrella, and get off those golf courses!

Looks like we travel in close proximity!

I guess it'll be a matter of time before we meet up. It'll help once we get our puppy.

Trying to talk DH into going to that Dogstock thing up in Lincoln / Roseville. We've never seen any kind of SchH event in person. He's got Sunday off. We'll see.
