Default Embroidered flat collar

Someone had a pic up a long time ago of their dog with a black flat collar on that had "Security" in yellow on it. Large lettering, easy to see. I want to get a collar like this for Grim. I've been looking, but haven't found what I'm looking for yet. I want a buckle collar, not a snap if at all possible. Anyone know where to find this?

Just to be more secure than a snap one. I didn't end up with a buckle collar, but I got the metal snap like his martingale, so I'm happy with that. Hard to find anymore. If I didn't want the embroidered, I'd have just gone to leather, maybe, to get the buckle. I think that the metal will hold up OK. It's very secure on the other collar.
