Bite Wedge

I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a bite wedge/builder that has a firm bar in it similar to that of an intermediate sleeve. The ones I really like are from HST and can be seen here:
ACCESSORI : Cuneo PHPJ03P
But, unfortunately, I don't know of anyone outside of Europe who carries them.

I'm on my phone so I can't see it clearly, but it resembles what I got for my dog at Leerburg.com from what I can see.
