Herm Sprenger 19" fur saver collar.

I bought a Herm Sprenger fur saver collar for Harley and I bought the wrong size. I can send it back, but I want to see if someone here with a smaller GSD can use it first? I paid $12 plus shipping, I will sell it for $5 dollars plus $2.00 shipping? Still has the tag on it, brand new, never used. Not sure if this is the place to put this, let me know if it isn't. PM me if you are interested in the collar?
