Toggles for Gappay Balls

Joey loves the Gappay Balls with the rope and toggle. The toggles are starting to break, and while they're cheap to buy at Hallmark K9, the shipping is expensive.

Is there any other kind of wooden toggle that can be used as a substitute?

I just ordered some -from a club member and he used oak and drilled holes in it -I love them! It is much easier on the hands
