Walking the dog/s questions

Ok I had a couple of questions so that I would just do one post.

1. If you have 2 dogs have you ever walked using a tandem? How did it work? I was really only thinking of one while in the park. The trails are so narrow it is hard to have one on either side.

2. Max is not a puller but will pull and jump when he spots another dog. Have you ever tried a harness for this purpose? I have a collar my trainer made and it works just checking my options.
