New training equip and the trainer search has begun.
Today I ordered Ruff Wear Palisades packs for both my dogs, fur saver collars for both to change it up from prong collars for obiedence training. I usually go on 4+ mile hikes everyday with the dogs and have decided to make them both wear packs for weight, and to carry water plus all of the other benefits.
Also I started the search for an exellent trainer to do training with me so as NOT to send my male out. I found a few trainers in the area and one of them specializes in police k9, schutzund and agility training.
We are making moves in the positive direction and can't wait to get something going to give both dogs a real job to do.
