I just looked at your site - nice looking!
However there was one item that caught my eye - the text below on returns. "Shortages, Damages, or Wrong Item Shipped All must be reported within 15 days of invoice for full credit, less shipping charges." It sounds like if you ship me the wrong item (one that I didn't order), then you still don't refund my shipping charges? Is that correct or did I just interpret your text wrong? What would the invoice date be - the day I ordered the item or the day you shipped it? In either case it sounds like I might have only a few days to inform you of a problem giving the time it might take to receive my items. is that true? |

I have to get in contact with someone on here and find out how to advertise. Regarding your question on wrong item, we will ship out the correct item at no charge. In the event that the customer received a wrong item and does not want the correct item, we would at that time credit the shipping charges. Our 15 days is from the time of invoice however this is not written in stone, we are flexible.
