I ordered 3 crate pans from For Happy Dogs for my Dad's GSDs several weeks ago now. They charged my card within 12 hours but didn't ship the pans for 11 days after that... we finally received the order more than 2 weeks after ordering, but 2 of the 3 pans were badly damaged! Now they are telling us it'll be another 2 weeks before the replacements are delivered, they won't expedite shipping, havnt offered a refund...
These are pans for a 54N and an older 48" drop pin crate, so nothing I can run to petco and pick up (expensive too!) I've written to the company several times trying to find a better solution than waiting for over a month for my order... and now I guess I need to find another place with 54N pans for a reasonable price before I need to replace mine! Any suggestions I can try with this company? Anyone order from another company and have a good experience (replacement pans in particular)? I've never had such trouble with customer service- or such a lack of it! Poor puppies are stuck on crate pans that broke over a month ago now... not quite crate trained yet so poor dad has quite a mess some days. This whole situation stinks. |

First, call your credit card company and dispute the charge. They'll take care of it. And let the company know that you have reported this to the credit card company and you are disputing the charges since their customer service sucks and they delivered damaged products.
I think Tractor Supply has them but will have to be ordered. You could put duct tape on the body of the pan, or silicone caulk so it doesn't leak through. |

I would! Just let the company know that they suck and you want your money back immediately. And make sure that silicone caulk doesn't leak through the crack for the puppies to chew on. Personally, I think I would use the duct tape.

yes you can. crummy customer service and damaged products, regardless of sending replacements or not is enough for most companies to dispute the charge and refund money spent. You would have to call a rep and ask them what can be done in the situation.

I wanted to let you know that I have been buying from them for years and refer all of my dog friend owners to them....but on a note if you do have problems you can always email Andrew the customer service supervisor...sales@forhappydogs.com he has been great help in the past!!
Have a fantastic day!! |
