Need e-collar, on tight budget
My foster with horrible car chasing issues seems to not feel prong collars when in a car, or when a car goes by. I think he just might have too much adrenaline to care. Someone on here suggested that i may have to step up to an e collar, but they are so expensive! is anyone selling one for a lower price? I would have the adopter purchase it, but they are handicapped with a tight budget (much more so than mine). Im not sure if it will work either, i just don't want to buy a brand new one and have it do nothing. He is older (6) and may be set in stone with this car thing....
