German shepherd mix ears?

We've just adopted a 6 week old German shepherd mix. Dad was a purebred while the mother was a shepherd mix whose ears didn't stand all the way. My boyfriend seems to think his ears are too floppy to stand just want some other opinions. An yes 6 weeks is way too early but unfortunate circumstances and he's way better off without those living conditions. Thank you for all that helps!

It's way too early to know if his ears will stand up. By the time he is 6-7 months old, you will know for sure. This older thread discusses the age when the ears stand up:
at what age do ears stand up?

Cute (sable?) pup. Seems like he lives with at least a dog nose, so he is exposed to a dog, which is good at this young age, given that they are doing OK with each other. (Never understand what purpose bare feet have in pictures of dogs. See it a lot on CL as well )
