Turned 6 months now one ear is flopping to the left but still up?

Is this normal
My gsd is 6 and a half months old and his ears were up for about 2 months then his right ear started to flop to the left
Is it normal?
Should I Be worried?

It's actually worse right now than in the picture I've attached its literally flat to the left
