Default ear paste?

Hey there I thought I had made a post of this somewhere but I see that I didn't. But I was wondering where can I get some of the glue or whatnot to help my dogs ears stay up so they may hardern? I talked to an associate at petsmart and they just looked at me like no such thing exist. But I kno I have seen people on here use it before. Thanks for all belp and suggestions in advance!
