I think he/she is fine. Ours is almost 5 months and has the same ear behavior.

I just call him Labrador.

Does he have lots of stuff to chew on? Jaw muscles and ear muscles are somehow connected.

If the tip fold concerns you, google how to use a breath right strip to get that to stand up. He's wicked cute but if you don't fix it now, it might not ever come up. Even if it does, the tip's going to flop when he runs.

Venus had a sloppy ear. One straight up at 5 months and never tipped, the other one would flop over to the side, not the tip like yours is doing. It came up and stood correct by 7 1/2 months. Her breeder said she's never had one who's ears didn't eventually come up so I just took it as good comedy and got used to the lab mix comments. Both ears are up now and she still gets that once in a while.

X marked the spot at 3 months old, her ears were great for laughs and silly baby pictures

7 months. Hey why does everyone ask if I'm a Labrador?

I have duct tape and I am not afraid to use it.
