Default Gluing rules??

I have started gluing my girls ears with tear mender... And I have a pretty dumb question. Say the glue stayed in for 3 days, then I left it out for a day and the ears fell..... I glued them back, and 3 days later they fell again.... Would multiple times of the ears falling decrease the chances of them staying up later in life? Kind of like when you fold a piece of paper multiple times... How it gets weaker.

How old is the dog? I've have better luck with inserts on my pup...

But GSDs, even those with fully standing ears, pin their ears often, creasing them at the same spot. I don't think it makes a difference how many times. However, I do believe the ears firm over time.

She is probably not done teething. Ears often fall when teething... Totally normal. 4.5 months is a little early to mess with ears, in my opinion. I didn't glue Warden's until 8 months.
