Cute cute cute pup! Don't get all stressed out about the ears. Give him lots of things to chew to strengthen the muscles like a frozen whole carrot. Tie a knot in a washcloth, get it wet and freeze it for another thing to chew. Make kissing noises. The ears will go up and down, signal a left turn, make a teepee, do all sorts of things especially while teething in a few months. I repeat, don't get stressed out about it and enjoy your beautiful boy.
