Default Ears curling back?

My german shepherd turned 4 months old today. Sometimes both of her ears are up, but most of the time she has one of them curled back. Just curious if they'll both ever be up? I attached pictures of when they're both up & another when the one is curled back. Any advice would be great!

I don't believe that you posted a photo of the dog's ears curled back.
Though the "ears up" photo looks very promising.
