Should I be worried if ears aren't back up by now

In first few weeks ears were up but now down at almost 7 months

By this time if it's really that important, I'd tape or glue.

My last (very large and heavy eared) GSD's ears didn't go up fully and stay up until after he was a year old.

I had to bathe my pup (she slipped on floor cleaner) my daughter was trying to help and in the confusion my gsd might have gotten water in her ears. I feel horrible and terrible her ears are now flopped sideways and she shook her head last night.

Did your pups ears eventually stand? I am super nervous not that I would love her any different I just feel guilty

Same with our pup. Now I catch both ears up in the morning, later in the day they are both down. He is nearly 5 months. I have no doubts they will go up and stay eventually.
