Default Normal ear dancing?

We call Baron's ear movement ear dancing around here.

We got him at seven weeks and one ear up. Then both went up. Now they dance around sometimes one or other is up. Sometimes both up. Last week till now they are both down. He's 13 weeks.

I'm guessing this is normal but would love to hear others experience.
