ears and teething

My pups ears finally went up at 13 weeks. I loved it, she looked so beautiful. They stayed up for a week and now are completely down at 14 weeks. she has flying nun ears again. Could she be teething at this age? For some reason, I didnt think teething started til 4 months

They can go up and down several times during teething, since they have been up once they will eventually go up and stay.
