Is he done teething? I know that ky's ears didn't stay straight up until she was almost 6 months!

Seems like the hard part is getting them up, so that's done.
Thinking that as long as your pup keeps growing everything will fall into place and get into proportion so the ears will split up. Best thing is to contact your breeder though. They should quickly be able to share photos of the littermates/past litters at the same age so you can compare.
