Both up, Now just one

My pup is a week away from 6 months. Both of his ears have been up for about a month now but now only one is Up. It's been about a week that one has been up and other down. Is there anything I can do? He has gone through his teething which was about a month ago. What can it be causing this?

My puppy did the same thing. They were both up and not both down?? She is 3 1/2mo old.
