2 month puppy meets my 18 month big pup

hi everybody first time posting here and also new to the site. been reading trying to find out an answer with not much success. i recently got a 11 week old pure bred female puppy. we named her Sasha. my other dog Wilson is an 18 mo. german shepherd/terrier mix and very friendly but plays very rough. he likes to bite at her ear, not hard but harder than i would like. i understand he is just playing but do not want him to mess up Sasha's ears. my question is, aside from the obvious tear or shred, is the rough play and ear biting/ pulling going to play a role in her ears standing? if so, what is crossing the line? thanks in advance
