Default almost 6 mnths, 1 ear up, what to do

ok, i have 2 GSD's, otto who is 1 yr 3 mnths and gunder who is almost 6 mnths now.Ottos ears were always up, thick and strong, my problem lies with Gunder, before he started teething his ears were up and down etc, now that hes done teething only one is up and the other folds over about half way up the ear. im gettin worried now. when hes focused or excited it will pop up like the other one. hes on a good diet of Fromm and raw bones etc so im wondering what i should do. should i wait longer since theyve both been up before and see if it pops up for good? or should i get some breatheright strips and glue now and start working on that ear? what do you guys think?? thanks!
