Default Question about ears and parasites

Veela is 16 weeks now. At 13 weeks her ears were standing beautifully, then she got sick. She has just finished 10days of metranidazole for giardia, and both ears are flopped over. I'm worried. Should I be?

It's normal for her ears to go up and down at this age. I wouldn't worry at this point.
