Default Friend pet my pups ears kinda rough

My friend met my 13 wk old and pet his ears kinda rough. Im notsure if its always been like this and i never noticed, but his left ear didnt look as strong afterwards. It was standing before i left 20 min later

Is it possible he damaged it? I told him to watch it

At that age they will go up, down left, right, with or without being touched. As long as he didnt "crumple" them i dont think its an issue.
Give him chew sticks like bully sticks and what not to help build those muscles and you will see them go up... then down haha

They will be fine. The only thing I had ever been told regarding ears was to avoid keeping your pups ears wet for extended periods of time, even that I don't know if I believe. Both my GSDs had fully standing ears by 4 months with daily dips in the river and tons of ear touching and 'rough' play and pets.
