Default ? about ear damage

My boy is 8 weeks old his ears both went a couple days ago, yesterday while I was at work he was playing with his brother a 1yr old lab mix.Today his left ear is not firm like it was and I'm concerned about damage.Sometimes it seems fine but mostly it's flopping.
This pic is when I called him

and this is a couple minutes later

I hope he is fine he can move the ear around and like I said sometimes it's firm.I see no obvious damage just looking for opinions.

Thanks for looking.

This is totally normal puppy ear action. They go up, tip over, fall down, and go back up. He's very young and there's nothing to worry about at this point.

Something else that will be normal will be around 4 months (or when ever he starts teething) his ears might become a little extra wonky, but it is only due to teething and should strengthen back up after teething is done.

I really hope he's fine it's seems strange ears both where firm until he wrestled with his brother maybe just a coincidence. Is it normal for the ear to be standing but flop over at the base?I appreciate your input means alot,it's just very important to me that the ears stand up,IMO it's one of the key features of a GSD.I will always love my dog no matter what happens just hope he's okay. Thanks in advance for any further input.

Yes, it's very normal at this age.
