proper way to glue

i just got my tear mender in the mail today, was just wondering how to apply and how much.

I have put it on the edges of the ear, to make a little teepee, hold for at least 90 seconds, should be fine.

When should you do somthing about ears not up. at 5 months,6months,or 7 months
vet says after 6 months but you cant always go by what 1 person says

both ears are most of the time but sumtimes they do go down,
