Default Bowel movement

Hi guys, I am curious what's going on with my shepherd. He is a 1.5yr old I am feeding him origien regional kibble. My concern is that sometimes he does not poop right after feeding. He is at 4 and 1/4 cups a day 2 1/4 in morning and 2 at night he gets feed 8-12hrs apart. Sometimes when we feed him in the morning 7:30 he will not poop until around lunch at 12- 1pm. The past two days he won't poop until late in the afternoon such as 5:00pm.I have been watching him for bloat but he seems ok thus far, still super energetic, not walking or sitting funny, etc. I am considering a probiotic for him to keep him with good bowel movements, any thoughts on this issue would be great?

as they grow they dont always poop like when they were puppies
that is right after they eat
perfectly normal as long as his stools are fine and his energy level is fine
make sure he drinks plenty of water
probiotics never hurt
