picky eater

I need some suggestions on how to get a picky Eater to eat. My 1 yr old female always picks slowly at her food. Has her entire life. I switched foods before to see if that was it, but it just seems like her style. Sometimes she will go 2 or 3 feedings without eating. Currently she is on taste of the wild. I feed her out with my other dogs. If I try to put it in her kennel and let her eat she won't touch it. Any ideas? I don't think I can feed raw... ???

I recently switched my picky eaters to Pet Fresh rolls (available at PetsMart, Petco, and some grocery stores - they have their own refrigeration case). The food is rated 5 stars on Pet Food Advisor and they gobble it up. I cut them chunks of it and feed it along side the kibble. It isn't cheap to feed it exclusively, but if you supplement with kibble, it's not too bad.

Mom to:
Riley - 8 yr. old GSD
Schatzie - GSD - at the Bridge
Raven - GSD - at the Bridge
Diablo - WGSD/Arctic wolf/GreatPyr Mix - at the Bridge

If dogs aren't in heaven, why would we want to go there?

I have the same problem with 1 year old male. What I do is mix some kibble with shredded cheese or add a bit of ground beef/wet food for taste. Works fine.
