I think you should form your own opinion. I personally think it is only slightly better than the bag it comes in.

There are better foods out there, and there are also a lot of worse foods. I raised several dogs on science diet, they did fine for many years. Now that I know there is better stuff I've switched.

Feed your dog the best kibble you can afford. Costco Kirkland brand is a decent kibble for the price.
