Buying online

Does anyone have any experience with ordering kibble online? I have been using BB for 2 years but the price just jumped to $55 a bag. I like the food and it seems to work well for her but can I find it cheaper online or something similar? Any help would be great.

I have bought food occasionally from Petflow.com. They occasionally have flash sales (10% off) for just a few hours, if you get their emails. Shipping is always free over $49 (and often free at lower amounts with a promotion). You can add in a few of their door-buster treats if you need small items to get over $49.

I've been pleased with them. (They will pester you to turn every order into a recurring, auto-ship order, so you have to make sure you decline all that, unless you want it.)

Actually, Petsmart just had it on sale for $50.99, and if you spent over $49 online it shipped for free. At the same time, they were running a special that if you spent over $60 online, they'd take an additional $10 off. So I got two 30lb bags for $95 (after taxes)! I'm not sure if they're still running it, but I would just keep an eye out for deals like that! Now I'm all stocked up for awhile :P

Another vote for chewy.com - good prices and great customer service. I used to buy from doggiefood.com but their prices started creeping up, so I switched.

I tried chewy.com once and the bag was ripped open when it arrived.

Did you contact them about it Kaimeju? I'm sure they would have sent you a replacement bag.

That was the impression I got from their website. It was really obvious to me that it happened during transport (because I ordered canned food as well and the cans tore the bag) so I just decided to feed it anyway and not bother. The order arrived swiftly and I got a good deal on it, so no harm done!
